St. Marys River
Forming the state line between Georgia and Florida, the St. Marys River is a 126-mile-long river in the southeastern United States. It flows from the Okefenokee Swamp to the Atlantic Ocean. The river is critical habitat for both the endangered Atlantic and Shortnose Sturgeon.

IntraCoastal Marina
St. Marys Intracoastal Gateway Marina is located at the end of Ready and St. Marys streets in downtown St. Marys and it offers temporary dockage for transient boaters. It offers 30- and 50-amp service, water and a slip pump out. The daily rate includes all of these services.

Waterfront docks
Lang's Marina is a full-service marina with facilities located on the east and west ends of the riverfront in downtown St. Marys, Georgia. Both have fixed boardwalks and floating docks.

Feral Island Horses
A herd of feral horses roams freely through the wilderness areas of Cumberland Island National Seashore. They are not managed by humans and are not provided with food, water, veterinary care or population control. The size of the herd is estimated to number around 150-200 horses. Although popular with tourists, the park service warns island visitors to keep a safe distance.

Blue Bridge (GA-FL LINE)
The Blue Bridge, also known as the U.S. 17 Bridge, is a two-lane bridge that crosses the St. Marys River in Kingsland, Georgia. The bridge was built in February 1927 by the Pensacola Shipbuilding Co. to connect Yulee in Nassau County, Florida, to Kingsland in Camden County, Georgia.

Crooked River
Crooked River State Park is a 500-acre Georgia state park located near St. Mary's on the south bank of the Crooked River, providing an excellent coastal setting. The park is dedicated to the preservation of its natural resources and public education.
